1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Pyrus Financial's Bitcoin Fusion Auto Loan services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Bitcoin Fusion Auto Loan Terms
2.1 Loan Structure
The Bitcoin Fusion Auto Loan combines traditional auto financing with Bitcoin accumulation. Your monthly payment includes both your loan payment and a Bitcoin allocation amount.
2.2 Bitcoin Custody
Pyrus Financial will custody all Bitcoin purchased through your loan's Bitcoin allocation until loan completion. Upon successful loan payoff, the accumulated Bitcoin will be transferred to your designated wallet. Or the USD value transferred to your bank account.
2.3 Default Conditions
In the event of loan default, you forfeit both the vehicle and any accumulated Bitcoin. Default occurs when you fail to make required payments for 60 days or breach other loan terms (lack of insurance, etc).
3. Risk Disclosures
Bitcoin investments carry significant risks, including but not limited to:
- High price volatility
- Regulatory uncertainty
- Market risks
- Technical risks
- Custody risks
Past performance does not guarantee future results. While this method has historically provided a positive return, the value of Bitcoin can go down as well as up.
4. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance. That said, we will do our best to keep the service running and notify you in advance of any changes. Our goal is to provide you with a reliable service that allows you to build your bitcoin exposure while paying off your auto loan. This service modification clause is to ensure our protection, however we vow to act in the best interest of our customers.

6. Limitation of Liability
Pyrus Financial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
